Serving as chief legal counsel for ÈËÆÞ91ÎÞÂëIKC, Stephen is instrumental in advancing government, payor and health system integrated care programs and partnerships, as well as managing ÈËÆÞ91ÎÞÂëIKC’s day-to-day legal operations. Prior to joining ÈËÆÞ91ÎÞÂëIKC, he was as an associate attorney with Mintz Levin’s Health Law Section in Washington, DC, focusing on transactional and regulatory health care issues. Stephen also worked as a press secretary for the United States Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, and a legislative correspondent for the Office of United States Senator John H. Chafee. Stephen received his JD from Suffolk University and a BA in government and psychology from St. Lawrence University. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia, and holds single client admission in Colorado.
